Information for investors
WOOD & Company, investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem, a.s. (hereinafter, the “Fund”) is a self-governing investment fund, with its registered office in the Czech Republic, which is regulated by the Czech National Bank (Česká národní banka). The administration of the Fund is performed by WOOD & Company investiční společnost, a.s., which is also regulated by the Czech National Bank. The Fund's auditor is Deloitte Audit s.r.o. and the depositary is UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. The Fund has created several sub-funds, while the assets of the individual sub-funds are separate from each other. Although they are not separate legal entities, each sub-fund is managed separately as one integrated economic unit. This means that it has investors, an investment portfolio and rules, and also reports the performance of the underlying assets. Each sub-fund issues investment shares that represent a stake in the sub-fund's assets and are available for investors to purchase. Investment shares give investors the right to a corresponding share of the sub-fund's financial results and also the right to sell the shares back to the Fund. The founder’s shares of the Fund, which are subscribed by the Fund's founders, are shares on which there is no right to repurchase on behalf of the Fund or any other special right.

WOOD & Company Office Sub-Fund
Established in 2017, the investment strategy of the Office Sub-Fund focuses on quality office buildings in Prague and Bratislava. We aim to create, optimise, and actively manage a portfolio of buildings in good locations on a long-term basis, with a diverse tenant range, stable cash flow, and a conservative level of debt.
WOOD & Company Retail Sub-Fund
Founded in 2016, the Retail Sub-Fund’s investment strategy focuses on investing in promising commercial real estate in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The primary focus is on the administrative and shopping centre segments.
WOOD & Company AUP Bratislava Sub-Fund
The AUP Bratislava Sub-Fund’s investment strategy focuses on investing in a well-known and prestigious Aupark Bratislava shopping centre in Slovakia.
