Philip Wood joins WOOD & Company, where he will be responsible for overseeing investment activities across real estate sub-funds and markets in Central and Eastern Europe. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, he brings valuable know-how and a strategic approach that will support the group’s further development across the CEE region.

Philip Wood brings extensive experience across the CEE region. He has previously held senior leadership positions at Macquarie Asset Management and GLL Real Estate Partners, where he oversaw a broad range of investment and asset management activities. As Head of European Transactions at Macquarie, he led a team responsible for capital allocation and the growth of assets under management across European markets. Under his leadership, acquisitions of office, logistics, and retail properties exceeding EUR 1 billion were completed in Italy, France, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Poland. He also played a key role in the development and execution of acquisition and divestment strategies for managed funds and mandates, with a focus on long-term value creation.
Prior to that, he served as Head of CEE Transactions & Asset Management at GLL, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio valued at EUR 1.5 billion and was involved in more than 60 major transactions with a total volume exceeding EUR 4 billion across European markets.
