Thanks to its proximity to the German border, the area has long been considered one of the most promising industrial regions in the country. The Pilsen Region is recognized as one of the main logistics hubs of the Czech Republic, benefiting from high-quality infrastructure and a strategic location along the Prague–Pilsen–Nuremberg corridor. The region is characterized by a strong concentration of manufacturing and supply companies, particularly from the automotive and engineering industries, while also offering stable access to a skilled workforce supported by technical schools and universities in Pilsen, which have long contributed to the development of industry and logistics in the region.
The industrial park will offer 40,000 m² of leasable space, with a total project investment exceeding one billion Czech crowns. The complex will be developed with a strong focus on high sustainability standards and aims to achieve the prestigious BREEAM New Construction certification with an Excellent rating.
