Yards Žižkov

Residential project Yards Žižkov on the site of the former Žižkov Freight Railway Station, in cooperation with Cresco Real Estate, the largest Slovak developer.

An attractive location with strong growth potential, supported by major investments in public infrastructure, including a new tram line.

The project will comprise a total of 1,100 apartments across 7 phases, with the first 3 phases having already received valid building permits. The first phase of the project will include 520 apartments, and construction is planned to start in 2026.

The project is expected to be completed between 2029 and 2034.

The Yards Žižkov residential quarter will offer a wide range of apartments with layouts from 1+kk to 5+kk and sizes from 20 to 158 m², designed for individuals, couples, and families. All apartments will include a balcony, terrace, or private garden, extending the living space and strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor areas. The apartment design focuses on efficient use of space, plenty of natural daylight, and premium standards that meet current expectations for modern urban living. Apartment standards will include, among other things, underfloor heating, triple-glazed insulated windows, external shading, and air conditioning in all units. The project will also feature energy-efficient technologies that contribute to long-term living quality and environmentally friendly building operation.
