Marketing Specialist – Property Management/ Real Estate

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
The key responsibilities will be to take care of our office buildings portfolio – two assets in Prague, and another, soon to be added, in Warsaw. You will be responsible for managing and executing a marketing strategy, providing support for and maintaining good relationships with tenants and leasing agents, communication with agencies, and developing and executing a communication plan.
- Managing the marketing activities and communication for the property management divisions of our Czech and Polish branches
- Developing and executing the marketing strategy. Managing the marketing budget. Coordinating all activities with the property management team
- Responsible for our office buildings portfolios in Prague and Warsaw, developing campaigns and projects targeted at tenants and leasing agents, and executing events and promotions
- Preparing tailor-made presentations and marketing materials. Updating and developing content across websites and social media
- Collaborating with our Czech marketing headquarters and other departments
- Managing successful marketing campaigns and projects for our property management clients (tenants, leasing agents, business contacts, etc.)
- Additional projects – seeking opportunities to participate in firm-wide/local projects, as required
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
We are looking for a diligent, bright, and motivated colleague for our marketing department, who will initiate and execute all the brand, marketing, and PR activities of our property management division in the Czech Republic and Poland.

- Experience in marketing, (in the real estate, property management or finance sectors would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and social skills, both written and oral; fluent Czech and English. Polish would be an advantage
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Experience in marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Knowledge of online and performance marketing would be a plus (Google Ads, Social Media)
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint)
- An eye for design, attention to detail, well-developed organizational skills
- A sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering quality work
Highly valued
- A master’s degree in a relevant field would be advantageous
- Previous experience in copywriting, PR, online marketing, account management, or graphic design
