We are overseeing real estate activities for the leading investment group WOOD & Company. Our main focus is on creating a quality real estate portfolio and active management of commercial properties, which currently includes 15 projects with over 355,000 square meters of leasable space.

For each of these projects, we do not limit ourselves to providing exceptional services alone. We concentrate on creating a harmonious environment that promotes the well-being of all tenants and their employees. In client care, we always go the extra mile.

Local professional teams offer solutions for both small businesses and multinational corporations. The tenant relationship is a long-term commitment for us, and therefore, we do not end our communication with tenants by merely signing the lease agreement. We maintain constant contact and actively inquire about their needs. We want to know how the tenants are doing and if there's any way we can assist them in developing their businesses.

For all buildings in our portfolio, we provide professional management. We have a dedicated Property Manager for each building, which allows us to actively address the individual needs of our tenants. Regardless of the size of the company, we offer quality professional services to all our tenants.

Property managers as well as our internal marketing team ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the tenants in our buildings. We actively listen to their needs and maintain regular contact. In our care, we always go above and beyond expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction.

We understand how important it is for employees to enjoy coming to work and feel comfortable in their work environment. We aim to provide our tenants not only with quality conditions for their work but also offer many supplementary and leisure activities, including cafeterias, fitness centers, shared meeting rooms, and relaxation areas.

We acknowledge the importance of caring for the quality of the living and working environment, and all our actions and long-term decisions reflect that awareness. We actively promote electromobility, the use of renewable energy sources, and the implementation of efficient technologies for managing our buildings. We continuously invest in the equipment and modernization of our buildings. We have an internal team of project managers who not only oversee renovations and modifications of buildings to ensure they are always in line with current market requirements but also offer these professional services to our tenants for office reconstructions, expansions, and other modifications.

In our Bratislava building BBC5, we have introduced a new concept of coworking space: ZONE office, offering unique furnished and serviced offices with an emphasis on comfort and work efficiency.
